Performer

I am equally comfortable playing Beethoven, Chopin, or Debussy in a classical recital, playing orchestral piano or synthesizer, playing (or conducting) in a Broadway pit, or playing piano or synth with a seven piece worship band.

My recent solo recitals featured an adventurous program of all twentieth-century works and a more traditional program featuring well-known classical works by Chopin, Beethoven, and Bach.  I am currently developing a solo recital program for Spring 2022 that will feature all minimalist piano literature.

​

I have appeared as a keyboardist in the pit orchestra for over twenty different Broadway national tours, including Wicked, Les Miserables, Book of Mormon, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  I appear frequently with the Grand Rapids Symphony as an orchestral pianist and synth player.

I can be heard weekly leading worship for Magnify Church, a multi-site congregation located a few minutes north of Grand Rapids, MI.
